Job Summary

Commencing in the role in November 2025 as our Rooms Division Manager you will be continuing to lead our experienced Front Office and Housekeeping teams. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will:

  • Lead by example and empower the teams to focus on a positive guest experience at all times.
  • Manage and activate the loyalty experience for our valued members.  Drive loyalty engagement and enrolments.
  • Facilitate the teams performance to ensure the highest levels of productivity.
  • Be responsible for handling guest feedback in an efficient and proactive manner implementing changes as required.
  • Manage multitask and lead our small team from the front with operational shifts required.
  • Analyse and report departmental costs ensuring performance against budget.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to meet shared goals and responsibilities.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining procedures; and drive service initiatives.
  • Ensure the teams success; overseeing training and development.
  • First Aid and Approved Manager qualified or willing to get if you are successful.

Qualifications :

  • Prior Front Office leadership experience.
  • Prior Housekeeping leadership preferred but not essential.
  • A positive solutions-based focus with strategic thinking and ability to forward plan successfully.
  • The ability to work flexible including evenings weekends and overnight; when required.
  • Experience in coaching and developing a team with a passion for performance.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A desire to grow your skills and progress your managerial experience
  • Previous experience with a hotel management system Opera Cloud is a bonus!
