Job Summary
At Guzman y Gomez we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at GYG Carousel you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations as well as guiding the team through bustling service periods. You will spearhead crew training elevate the guest experience and contribute to the management of inventory and finances.
