Job Description
As a Crew Experience Manager in our Qantas Domestic business you will focus on leading and managing the end-to-end employment relationship for a team of approximately 150 Flight Attendants.
You will play an integral role in ensuring a continual focus on safety service and productivity whilst cultivating a high-performance culture amongst a large diverse and industrialised workforce. Through effective people management and collaborating with partner areas to act on trends affecting Cabin Crew service delivery/productivity you will contribute greatly to business plan objectives.
To support our crew during peak periods of our operation you will be required on a 5-week 7 day rotating roster to ensure visibility of leadership during peak times when our crew are in base and provide support whilst up-line.
