The work:

The EBS PTP/PTR Site Support practitioner is responsible for providing guidance to end users on system processing steps and functionality of the Oracle EBS solution. The EBS team member will support travel PO/Req PRISM to EBS AP/Payment Citi and other PTP integrations. Cross module support required (Projects GL Budget etc) for federal reporting solutions (GTAS Data Act Financial statements).
- Knowledge Transfer and onboarding: Review existing materials to develop an understanding of customer landscape. This will include but not limited to test scripts SOPs and business processes.
- Training: Conduct and lead small group training sessions for areas identified post go-live that require additional or supplemental training
- Issues Documentation: Document incidents with detailed scripts and screenshots. Work with BAS team to resolve and test defects
- Testing: Support in the functional testing of solutions/defects coordinating with the customer and EBS O&M release team
Heres What You Need:
- Oracle EBS Financials experience (i.e. Oracle EBS Purchasing and Payables Oracle EBS Fed Admin Oracle EBS GL Order to Cash Projects)
- Experience supporting federal customers
Bonus Points If You Have:
- PL/SQL experience

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience.
