What Youll Do

• Provide high-quality individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs.

• Support a homebound student while maintaining a small engaging charter school caseload.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

• Foster inclusive supportive learning environments that promote student engagement and achievement.

• Maintain accurate records and communicate proactively with families and school staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education

• Valid NH Special Education Endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)

• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs

• Strong communication organization and collaboration skills
