Job Summary
Community Hospital is a full-service acute-care hospital licensed for 60 beds. We are an independently owned hospital that serves the Grand Valley of Western Colorado which is the largest metropolitan area between Denver and Salt Lake 2024 Community Hospital earned the prestigious 5-star quality rating from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and was recognized by Beckers Healthcare as one of Colorados top recommended 2025 Community Hospital earned the highly coveted Outstanding Patient Experience Award from Healthgrades. Community Hospital and Grand Valley ENT are looking to add another Otolaryngologist to their practice to further support the consistent growth and demand the practice continues to experience.
Otolaryngology Program Highlights:
The Otolaryngology program at Community Hospital has been instrumental in the organizations unprecedented growth and success over the last decade. From what started out as a small local offering in 2016 this program has grown extensively to become a well-respected and highly sought-after regional service line that experiences referrals and communications from all corners of Western Colorado and Eastern Utah. With the growing demand for this practices services we are actively looking for an additional Otolaryngologist to join this busy practice with a positive reputation for quality outcomes and patient experiences.
The Position Included:
- Group currently consists of 2 Fellowship Trained Otolaryngologists (Facial Plastics and Reconstruction & Pediatrics) and Two Advanced Practice Providers.
- Groups supports a Level III trauma center with a larger trauma facility nearby.
- Well established referral network - including numerous growing hospital-employed primary care groups.

Guaranteed Base Salary of $450000 plus wRVU production-based compensation. Given the expansive regional draw for this service line the production-based compensation is substantial.
