Schedule: 5 8s (8-4:30pm) or 4 10s (7:30 6:00pm)
No Weekend No Holidays
Responsible for providing comprehensive wound care services within an outpatient clinic setting. Duties include performing patient assessments completing wound evaluations developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and providing direct patient care. The RN will complete all required documentation for patient intake treatment progress and discharge. Collaborates with providers and the multidisciplinary team to promote optimal wound healing and patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Licensure/Certification/Registry:
- Licensed as an RN in State of Illinois required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Wound Care Certification preferred
Experience:
- Previous medical/surgical home health or wound care experience preferred
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Must be able to position and /or transfer an average adult and possess gross coordination sufficient to perform other patient care duties as required. Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing. Must be able to perform difficult manipulative skills.
