Preferred Skillsand Qualifications:
- Attention to detail Ensures thorough cleaning and maintenance.
- Time management Able to complete tasks efficiently during evening hours.
- Basic maintenance skills Minor repairs changing light bulbs unclogging drains etc.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals Safe and effective use of vacuums buffers disinfectants etc.
- Physical stamina Capable of lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
- Communication skills Able to report issues and follow instructions clearly.
- Reliability and punctuality Consistent attendance and dependability.
Successful candidate must also pass a state and federal criminal background check.
