Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Psychologiststo support the validation of psychological assessments specifically Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs)designed to measure behavioral traits such as empathy.
Role:Psychologist (Subject Matter Expert) Location:Remote Candidates based in India Canada or the USA(for the UK requirement: candidates must have studied in the UK but currently practice in the US or Canada)
Job Type:Project-based (Hourly)
Experience Level:4 years
Work Schedule:Weekday or weekend support as required
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Ph.D. or Clinical Psychologyor Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology
- Valid licenseto practice
- Minimum 4 years of professional experiencein psychology
- Proven expertise in psychological assessment and psychometrics
- Strong analytical and critical evaluation skills
- Previous experience developing or validating SJTs is an asset
