Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving category growth and enhancing the shopper experience As aCategory & Shopper Strategy Manager you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative and insights driven shopper strategies as well as optimize route-to-market approaches. Your impact
Category & Shopper Strategy Development (for Voltaren Vitasprint Centrum & other OTC brands):
Lead the development of forward-thinking category strategies that align with our business objectives.
Analyze market trends consumer insights and the competitive landscape to uncover growth opportunities.
Dive deep into shopper behavior and preferences through comprehensive research and data analysis.
Transform shopper insights into actionable plans that elevate the shopper experience and drive loyalty.
Provide insights and recommendations to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Monitor category and channel performance utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess strategy effectiveness.
Conduct regular reviews and provide actionable insights to continuously optimize category performance.
Market Strategy Development (Online & Offline Pharmacy Channels):
Co-develop and drive the creation of innovative go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing Sales (wholesaler & field teams) and SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness).
Turn aligned strategies into actionable execution plans that deliver results.
Continuously question and refine existing strategies action plans independently driving and owning optimizations.
What you bring
MBA in Marketing or a related field.
Over 5 years of proven success in strategic roles such as marketing category management or shopper marketing.
A strategic forward-thinking approach paired with expertise in project management consistently driving results and delivering excellence.
Eagerness to drive end-to-end experience taking strategic vision through to hands-on implementation and execution.
Exceptional analytical skills with a talent for interpreting data and transforming insights into impactful strategies and actions.
A collaborative mindset thriving in cross-functional team environments.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Bonus Skills
Experience partnering with OTC retailers (online and offline) and a understanding of the pharmacy landscape.
