North and West Remote Health (NWRH) is on the lookout for a dynamic detail-loving people-smart Support Services Officer to join our Wellbeing Team in Mount Isa.

Skills and Experience

Youll be the backbone of our Wellbeing team keeping things running smoothly supporting staff and helping our services reach the people who need them most. Expect a mix of:

  • Front-of-house vibes: manage phones emails mail and greet visitors with warmth
  • Admin wizardry: coordinate travel schedules purchase orders invoices and bookings
  • Data magic: managing maintain referral systems and collate service statistics
  • Customer connection: sharing info about NWRH services and being a helpful voice
  • Office organisation: keeping our filing system sharp and up-to-date

About the pay and benefits

  • Starting salary from $58451 super (negotiable based on experience)

  • Salary packaging up to $15900

  • 5 weeks annual leave 17.5% leave loading

About NWRH

At North and West Remote Health we deliver allied health mental health wellbeing and community support services across rural regional and remote Queensland.

Our multidisciplinary team supports more than 50 communities including Townsville Mount Isa Longreach Normanton Doomadgee Cloncurry and Mornington Island to improve physical social and emotional wellbeing.

Please note:

  • You must have the right to live and work in Australia
  • You may be required to travel by road and/or in small planes to communities distant from your catchment area on a regular basis so must be comfortable with this aspect of the role
  • A C class Drivers License (manual preferred) is also an essential requirement
