Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our Solutions Delivery team driving the successful execution of client-focused initiatives that align with our organizations strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning execution and delivery of complex implementation projects ensuring they are completed efficiently within scope and to the satisfaction of our clients. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a commitment to enhancing client outcomes through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end project lifecycles fostering strong client relationships while ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational priorities.
- Gather and document client requirements develop detailed project plans and proactively manage risks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to assign tasks track progress and maintain adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication with clients and team members managing expectations and addressing changes in project scope or requirements.
- Monitor project performance provide constructive feedback to team members and report progress to senior leadership.
- Contribute to solution configuration testing and post-implementation support to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve delivery efficiency and client value.
Qualifications and Skills
- Advanced degree preferred but not mandatory; equivalent professional experience is valued.
- Proven expertise (5 years preferred) in managing complex B2B solution implementations ideally using Agile methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise software platforms with a preference for familiarity with CRM systems or similar technologies (certifications in relevant platforms are a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving project demands.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and project management software (e.g. Asana Trello or equivalent).
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English (written and verbal) and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering measurable value to clients.
Compensation:
$100000 - 130000 annually depending on experience
