Job Duties:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of post-production workflows and demonstrate proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite particularly Premiere Pro. They should thrive in a collaborative team-oriented environment while also being highly self-motivated and able to manage projects independently from concept through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce shoot and edit video content across digital and social platforms
Manage all phases of production from pre-production planning to post-production delivery
Apply advanced post-production skills including editing audio mixing and color grading
Collaborate closely with LPBs in-house creative team to deliver high-quality on-brand work
Adapt quickly to a variety of creative styles formats and production timelines

Salary Information: The listed pay rate is the minimum compensation that may be offered. The job title and salary will be set based on the candidates qualifications and experience in the Compensation Section.
Location:Baton Rouge Louisiana
Work Schedule:Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday; however varying work schedules are offered.
