Job Summary
Senior Accountant Treasury Focus (On-Site Pittsburgh Area)
Location:On-Site - Saxonburg PA
Compensation: $80000$95000 annually $40$48/hour for contract
Employment Type: Contract (6-month) / Contract to Hire / Direct Hire
Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a well-established construction firm in the Pittsburgh area who is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their accounting team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in general ledger and treasury operations who thrive in a hands-on fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general ledger activities including journal entries
- Reconcile credit cards cash and bank accounts
- Manage treasury functions with a focus on banking and cash operations
- Support month-end quarter-end and year-end close processes
- Execute special projects using ERP systems and Excel
- Handle additional accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3 years of general ledger experience
- 2 years of treasury/cash management experience
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Strong ERP system proficiency
- Experience in construction or property development preferred
- Positive proactive attitude
