Job Summary

The Excalibur Groupis currently seeking a SeniorOperations Analystfor alocal contractinWashington DC.

** Will be subject to a background check prior to employment. **

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads a team in reviewing and transforming policies and operating procedures developing and implementing innovative processes to enhance operations.
Direct reviews of policies procedures and operating frameworks to streamline operations and ensure compliance with federal state and local requirements.
Champions change management initiatives across organizational divisions.
Oversee data analysis and reporting to provide senior leadership with actionable insights for decision-making.
Holds overall responsibility for evaluating the effectiveness of new processes ensuring they align with strategic goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:Bachelors degree
If you do not have a Bachelors degree the following may be substituted:
- High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience
- Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience
- Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.
Ten (10) years of relevant experience.
Proven leadership experience managing teams projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis reporting and operational performance measurement.
Experience in emergency management homeland security public safety or related field preferred.

PAY

$75/hour
