We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented lawyer to join our Land & Real Estate team. The successful candidate will engage in various legal activities related to real estate providing essential support and expertise to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting real estate due diligence.
- Performing legal research on topics related to real estate development including land allocation commercial and residential buildings factories ports etc. and providing concise opinions to clients.
- Drafting contracts related to real estate and machinery such as lease agreements and service agreements.
- Offering legal opinions on real estate-related matters.
- Liaising with government authorities for registration and informational purposes.
- Ensuring legal compliance.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by Partners or senior lawyers.
Qualifications:
- LL.B. or LL.M. with a solid knowledge of law.
- Fresh graduates with a strong eagerness to work are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to travel and stay overnight outside of Bangkok for work (possession of a vehicle is not required).
