About the Role:
As part of the Digital Advertising team you will help advertisers and agencies maximize the value of their campaigns. Depending on the project line your focus will be either on collaborating with advertising agencies managing multiple clients or working directly with brand advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:
-Prospect and engage new business opportunities building a strong pipeline of advertisers (direct or via agencies).
-Support onboarding and activation processes ensuring clients feel confident using the platforms ad solutions.
-Develop and present tailored campaign strategies aligned with business goals and KPIs.
-For agency-focused roles: partner with agencies to scale impact across multiple accounts.
-For direct-focused roles: negotiate directly with brands and deliver ROI-driven campaigns.
-Optimize campaigns by providing consultative insights performance analysis and actionable recommendations.
-Build long-term partnerships driving customer success and sustainable growth.

What Were Looking For:
-1 or 2 years of experience in B2B Sales Outbound Sales Digital Marketing AdTech or within advertising agencies.
-Excellent communication negotiation and objection-handling skills.
-Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is a plus.
-Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
-Fluent English (C1 or above); Portuguese or Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.
-Resilient proactive and motivated to build a career in digital advertising.

Working Conditions & Benefits:
-Location: Lisbon (onsite training hybrid work model available after performance evaluation).
-Full-time 40h/week (Monday to Friday).

Competitive package:
-Base salary holiday & Christmas allowances.
-Meal allowance.
-Variable productivity bonus.
-Health & dental insurance after contract signature.
-Training: 15 days (theoretical practical) fully paid upon completion followed by 5 days of on-the-job nesting.
-Contract: 12-month renewable contract; permanent contract after 2 years.
-Paid holidays: 22 days/year Portuguese public holidays.
