A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Partner across HR functions to establish and maintain operational standards and procedures that ensure accurate transactions and effective program delivery
• Provide system program and project support for initiatives such as High Performing Teams SkillsLab and Organizational Health
• Support financial processes related to Global Talent programs including documentation of key deliverables and budget-related actions
• Contribute to system requirements that enhance efficiency automation and self-service capabilities
• Identify and resolve customer-impacting issues driving process improvements and standardization
• Participate in cross-functional workstreams focused on enhancing employee experience.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Shared Services or a similar operational HR role
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with at least two HR systems (e.g. Cornerstone Outlook ServiceNow)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative and proactive team player.
