Join our team as a Senior Clinical Therapist at the UAMS BHSL Northwest Outpatient Clinic in Fayetteville AR! The Senior Clinical Therapist with the BHSL provides comprehensive clinical services to patients including diagnostic assessments individual therapy family therapy group therapy and crisis intervention. Using evidence-based interventions the therapist delivers care in-office or remotely depending on eligibility. Reporting to the Clinical Therapist Supervisor Program Manager or Clinic Medical Director the Senior Clinical Therapist ensures high-quality care by making informed treatment decisions understanding mental health diagnoses and utilizing adaptable technological skills. This dynamic role offers opportunities for professional growth and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or related field
- Current and valid license by Arkansas Professional Board - Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of direct clinical outpatient behavioral health experience
- Maternal Womens Mental Health Experience
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
- Expertise in clinical therapy and evidence-based interventions.
- Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment planning.
- Adaptable technological skills for documentation and communication.
- Effective communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to professional development and licensure/certification maintenance.
