Job Summary

Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Location: Hawthorne NY 10532

Duration: 12months (Potential extension)

Shift: 1^st (M-F/9AM-5:30PM)

Position Purpose:

Coordinate and assist in managing and participating in pharmacy services including dispensing of medications quality assurance and clinical monitoring activities.

Education/Experience:

Bachelors degree in pharmacy and 3 years of mail order retail or hospital pharmacy experience OR Pharm D

Licensure Required:

NY Pharmacist license

Responsibilities:

To help assist the fulfillment in daily operations while they are involved in training for SM Cloud.

Everyone works together to fulfill the orders in a timely manner.

Hiring up for Pharmacists techs and shippers.

Typical day in the role:

The fulfillment Pharmacists helps assist in PV2 orders field clinical patient counseling calls.

Expected to PV2 18 ordersXX.

It is a clinical role that requires flexibility on part of the employee to be available as needed.

Years of experience required: 5

Disqualifiers: Poor attendance (Lateness and unexcused absences)
