Job Summary
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document financial and business requirements. Analyze financial data trends and forecasts to support budgeting and planning processes. Develop financial models and dashboards to support decision-making. Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports. Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives. Work with IT and data teams to ensure accurate data integration and reporting. Support compliance and audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation and Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field. strong years of experience in financial analysis or business analysis roles. Strong proficiency in Excel Power BI and financial modeling tools. Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and data visualization platforms. Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Skills:Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare domain (if applicable). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
