Social Content Executive (Women's channels)

OVERVIEW:

Were seeking a passionate and creative social content professional to manage and evolve our Womens Instagram account. This is an always-on role focused on day-to-day content creation and strategy with the opportunity to shape the voice and direction of our brand andGen Z audience. WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

• Own the Womens Instagram account creating and managing content on a daily basis.
• Develop a refreshed strategy for the account shifting the tone towards Our Muse
• Focus on gym and lifting content
• Lead content creation from ideation to execution; comfortable shooting editing and producing posts independently.
• Collaborate with campaign teams to integrate Instagram activity with larger initiatives when needed.
• Maintain a consistent posting cadence while also having space for strategic planning and creative experimentation.
• Bring innovative ideas to the table to elevate the Womens brand and define how we engage our community.
• Deliver on KPIs set by the Social Content Manager to ensure that your channel(s) are performing accordingly and contributing to the wider department goal

WHAT YOULL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

• Demonstratable experience in a social media content role
• Experience creating content for Instagram
• Strong understanding of Womens lifting
• Strong familiarity and understanding of the other social media platforms such as InstagramTikTok Facebook XYouTube and Snapchat.
• Proven track record in delivery of KPI driven results
• Highly organised and impeccable attention to detail. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a proven track record delivering KPI driven results
• Strong sense of responsibility takes ownership self-starter and proactive attitude.

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ Solihull UK.
