What Youll Need

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
A genuine passion for early years and helping children grow.

What Youll Do

Support childrens learning through play exploration and purposeful activities aligned with EYFS and Montessori principles.
Build strong warm relationships with children and families to create a secure nurturing environment.
Assist with planning and delivering engaging age-appropriate activities.
Observe and record childrens progress contributing to their developmental profiles.
Maintain a safe stimulating classroom environment where children feel confident and cared for.
