Job Summary
We are looking for...
....a highly motivated Analytical Research Scientist for our Technical Operations department
Your tasks
- Planning and performance of high-resolution mass spectrometry investigations in
Analytical Research to characterize impurities metabolites and research compounds - Performance of structure elucidation studies with LC-MS including sample preparation performance of measurements data processing and reporting
- Development of LC-UV-MS and MS/MS methods including data evaluation procedures
- Deliver concise results summaries according to the established reporting processes
- Closely work with other scientists to discuss results and data reporting
Your profile
- Master or Bachlor Degree in Chemistry/Pharmacy or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years relevant industry experience with a strong background in organic chemistry
- Profound knowledge in mass spectrometry and chromatographic separations of small molecules know-how of structure elucidation with mass spectrometry is considered an advantage
- Excellent computer skills (especially good knowledge in the use of analytical software tools)
- Acceptant to work according to established laboratory rules knowledge in GLP and/or
cGMP is desirable - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment with a
high level of integrity - Structured and accurate way of working with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Project and customer-oriented personality
- Good communication presentation and reporting skills in English
