NACCHO is seeking a passionate leader to join our team as Assistant Director Emerging Leaders Governance Program. This full-time role supports the development of governance and leadership capabilities in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Australia.

About the Role
As Assistant Director you will manage the Emerging Leaders Governance Training and Support Program which includes:
- Developing governance resources and training materials for the sector.
- Coordinating and delivering governance workshops in collaboration with NACCHO affiliates staff and pro bono legal partners.
- Overseeing a residential program for emerging leaders delivered by a specialist provider.
- You will work closely with the Director and NACCHO executive to ensure the program builds capacity and supports leadership development in communities.
What Were Looking For
- A qualification in governance or equivalent (desirable).
- Five years experience in governance and/or leadership development preferably within the ACCHO sector.
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples (highly desirable).
