DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY
The Market Research & Intelligence Specialist will provide analytics and insights to support Vertivs Channel and Rack Sales teams. This role will analyze partner and rack sales performance identify growth opportunities and deliver competitive intelligence to drive sales effectiveness optimize programs and strengthen customer and partner engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze channel and rack sales performance pipeline health and revenue trends to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct market and competitive research specific to distribution partner ecosystems and rack sales strategies.
- Build dashboards reports and forecasting models to track KPIs (sales growth product adoption incentive program ROI).
- Provide insights into customer buying behaviors and partner dynamics to guide sales strategies.
- Support quarterly business reviews sales planning and investment decisions with data driven analysis.
- Partner with Sales Ops Marketing and Finance to ensure accurate and consistent reporting across channel and rack sales.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Data Analytics or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience.)
- 5 years of experience in market research sales analytics or business intelligence.
- Strong understanding of channel sales models distribution networks and rack product lines.
- Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver insights to cross-functional teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience in technology infrastructure or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with partner incentive structures and sales enablement programs.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
- Primarily office based with extended computer use.
TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED
- Occasional travel (up to 15%) to support business reviews partner meetings or sales planning sessio
