Part-time Supervisor with Social Media focus

Vibrant beautifully stylish and sensitively restored to its former Glory Horts Townhouse celebrates the best of premium British pubs complete with 19 beautiful boutique bedrooms set across 2 floors.
Whether youre visiting for a memorable breakfast before exploring the City lunch with friends after-work drinks and cocktails or to lay your weary head in one of our boutique bedrooms whatever the occasion Horts Townhouse guarantees a warm welcome and home away from home.
Our seasonal menus and daily specials champion the best produce from across Britain a blend of nostalgic classics and premium well-loved pub dishes. Behind the bar you will find extensive drinks ranging from fairtrade coffee to extensive wines local beers and ales and perfectly mixed cocktails.
Ascend the stairs to uncover our 19 fabulously furnished bedrooms individually designed they offer a vibrant and colourful stay with smart in-room tech sustainable toiletries and memorable treats and touches.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the venue
Managing the team on busy shifts
Maintaining organisation and cleanliness standards
Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the bar and hotel
End of night duties including cashing up
Keeping social media profiles active and up to date
Writing a minimum of two newsletters per month

What we look for in aSupervisor:

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliverexceptional customer service every time and be able to buildrapport with our customers and our team to continuethe success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team toensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shiftssafely and effectively. You will have a keen eye for what makes for a great social media presence. You will also be someone who is committed to theircareer in hospitality and we can offer ongoingdevelopment to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
