About the role

As a Risk Partner youll provide expert advice and support to embed a risk-aware culture across the TAC. Youll work closely with teams to assess risk controls deliver training and support the development of enterprise-wide risk management practices. This is a strategic and hands-on role where your insights will help shape decision-making and strengthen organisational resilience.

About the Team

This role sits within the Enterprise Risk branch of the Performance Risk & Strategy division which oversees risk strategy analytics and governance across the TAC.

Youll be supported by an Enterprise Risk Manager who values collaboration development and continuous improvement. Working closely with a small team of highly skilled professionals and stakeholders across the business youll contribute to a centre of excellence for risk management and help drive best practice.

You bring experience in enterprise-wide risk management governance and compliance alongside a desire for continued learning and growth.

Youre confident building relationships across all levels facilitating workshops and influencing outcomes through trusted advice and insights.
