The Role & The Team

We are seeking a Senior Reporting & Secretariat Specialist to join our dynamic OneSKY this pivotal role you will work alongside Airservices and Defence personnel to deliver high-quality timely and accurate reporting that supports strategic decision-making across the organisation and with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and maintain the OneSKY reporting cadence and governance forum scheduling.

- Develop and continuously improve the Program Reporting Framework.

- Prepare and deliver consistent timely and accurate reports dashboards and visual artefacts.

- Perform secretariat duties for executive-level governance forums including agenda setting minute-taking and action tracking.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across Airservices Defence and contractors to ensure effective coordination and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with safety environmental WHS risk and governance standards.

The Person

To be successful in this role you will be a highly organised detail-oriented professional with a strong background in program reporting and governance support. You will thrive in complex fast-paced environments and be confident working across multiple stakeholders including senior executives and government partners.

The successful applicant will have:

- Proven experience in developing and delivering high-quality reports for large-scale programs.

- Strong secretariat skills including managing executive-level governance forums.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities with a knack for influencing and coordinating across diverse teams.

- A strategic mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement in reporting frameworks.

- A commitment to compliance safety and quality standards aligned with Airservices values.
