About the role

This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to shape and establish the TACs approach to security and emergency management across all sites. Youll lead the development and implementation of strategies that ensure the safety of our people buildings and operations while building strong partnerships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.

About the Team

This role sits within the Workplaces team in the Enterprise Change and Workplace Experience division. Youll report to a manager who values collaboration trust and proactive leadership. Youll be supported to take initiative bring fresh ideas and grow your career in a way that drives you.

Youll be joining a team with the chance to build something from the ground up. The role involves working closely with colleagues across the organisation the Health Safety & Wellbeing and Enterprise Risk teams working to drive strong relationships and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Security and Emergency Management Expertise
You bring extensive experience in managing security operations emergency preparedness and crisis response ideally within large or high-risk organisations.

Youre known for forming strong genuine relationships with internal and external stakeholders and for your ability to drive change and lead with empathy clarity and confidence.
