As HR Generalist to be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
PB:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with Finance.
- Monitor leave balances end-of-service benefits and other entitlements as per Saudi Labor Law.
- Manage GOSI updates medical insurance renewals and WPS reporting.
HR Policy Implementation:
- Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure all employees are informed of policy changes and receive proper training.
PM:
- Monitor and facilitate performance appraisal cycles.
- Provide support in identifying training needs and organizing internal or external programs.
ER:
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
- Maintain employee discipline and ensure adherence to company policies and labor law.
- Support Saudization programs and ensure Nitaqat compliance.
C&D:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (physical and digital).
- Ensure compliance with labor law requirements including contracts iqama renewals and government reporting.
- Support audits and inspections from labor authorities.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Skills:
- ((Saudi Only)).
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. HR certification (e.g. CIPD SHRM) is a plus.
- Experience: 25 years in HR with at least 12 years in a supervisory role in Saudi Arabia.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Saudi labor law GOSI WPS Muqeem Qiwa and Mudad.
- Skills: Excellent communication (Arabic & English) leadership conflict.
