What the job involves..
Prospecting and cold calling to open doors and build a healthy pipeline
Managing and tracking outreach in the CRM maintaining accurate up-to-date records
Providing day-to-day sales support across the team and jumping in where needed
Representing the brand with confidence and careon calls over email and in meetings
Contributing to a growing organisation and helping shape scalable sales habits and processes
What you need to be considered..
Experience working with peoplebackground in sales or customer service is required
Confident on the phone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic IT literacy; CRM experience is a plus
A detail-oriented relationship-builder who enjoys a fast-moving purposeful environment
Bonus points if you..
Have hands-on experience prospecting into B2B organisations
Thrive in early-stage teams and enjoy creating order from ambiguity
Can share examples of measurable pipeline impact (e.g. meetings booked SQLs created)
