What the job involves..
Driving B2B sales growth and building long-term value-based partnerships
Leading and mentoring a Sales Manager and Sales Support team
Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet ambitious targets
Securing apprenticeship placements and partnerships with employers funders and manufacturers
Coaching and holding the team accountable to high performance and ethical standards
Analysing data and using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to drive insight and efficiency
Representing the organisation confidently with senior stakeholders and partners
What you need to be considered..
6 years experience in B2B sales or business development (education training or social impact sectors an advantage)
3 years in senior leadership managing and developing high-performing teams
Proven track record in consultative value-led selling and partnership management
Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills at executive level
Strong data and CRM literacy (Salesforce advantageous)
Passion for youth development education and positive social change
Bonus points if you..
Have experience in the education skills development or training space
Thrive in start-up environments and enjoy building systems and teams from the ground up
Can show measurable success turning underperforming teams around
