Job Summary

As a Supply Chain Manager you will be part of the Customer Experience Team responsible for delivering high-quality service experiences supporting back-office systems operations control supply chain processes and the overall service environment.

This role gives you the opportunity to work across a wide range of customer-facing products and the logistics that support them. You will play a central role in the team and once a decision has been made to add or update a product you will take ownership of ensuring the supply chain is secured to the relevant distribution points. You will operate in a dynamic environment with strong focus on cost efficiency and sustainability and your work will be vital for both operational and commercial success.

The position is based at the companys head office in Stockholm and reports to the Head of Customer Products and Operational Excellence. Travel may be required as part of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage 4PL and 3PL providers.
  • Continuously improve the end-to-end supply chain in collaboration with suppliers.
  • Ensure accurate forecasts and manage supplier relationships.
  • Communicate clearly on product decisions and updates.
  • Minimize waste levels and drive efficiency.
  • Contribute to supplier negotiations.
  • Act as a facilitator and problem-solver.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience with complex supply chain solutions ideally in an international setting.
  • Strong ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
