Key Responsibilities
- Support sales representatives with order entry tracking and daily operational tasks.
- Follow up with customers and partners to maintain strong professional relationships.
- Conduct market research and summarize findings on products services and competitors.
- Identify and analyze competitors to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal departments to assist the sales team as required.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Maintain and update customer and market information databases.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals quotations and tender submissions.
- Monitor online tender platforms and newspapers daily to identify new opportunities and share qualified leads with the sales team.
- Serve as the focal point for formal tendering and bidding processes.
- Track and manage partner NDAs MOUs and reseller agreements ensuring timely renewals.
- Maintain records of customer contracts and notify management prior to expiration.
- Track sales activities appointments and complaints for management review.
- Conduct cold and warm calls to potential leads; schedule and follow up as needed.
- Maintain and update CRM data and prepare monthly reports.
- Support management with daily weekly and monthly action summaries.
- Perform other administrative and reporting duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: 02 years (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication (Arabic and English).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
