Role Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales pipelines.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations solution proposals and product demonstrations.
- Conduct site visits surveys and assessments to understand customer requirements.
- Negotiate pricing terms and agreements to close deals.
- Build strong relationships with MEP consultants contractors and clients.
- Represent the Carrier at exhibitions seminars and industry events.
- Submit weekly/monthly sales activity and pipeline reports.
Role Purpose:
- Drive sales of Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Serve as the technical and commercial link between customers and internal engineering teams.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable BMS solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants contractors facility managers and end users.
- Promote the Carriers BMS products solutions and value-added services in the market.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics or related field.
- 35 years of experience in BMS HVAC controls or low-current systems sales
- Hands-on knowledge of major BMS brands (e.g. Honeywell Siemens Schneider Johnson Controls Tridium).
- Strong understanding of BMS architecture HVAC equipment control logic and DDC controllers.
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Good time-management and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
