Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Broker with strong expertise in the ZAR market to join an established and expanding desk in London. The successful candidate will manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of institutional clients focusing on delivering exceptional execution pricing and client service.
This is a key front-office position within a high-performing international team offering excellent visibility autonomy and growth potential for a proven professional currently active in the market.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with institutional clients across the ZAR market.
- Execute and price orders efficiently while ensuring best-in-class service delivery.
- Expand the client base by identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple desks and geographies.
- Monitor market movements and provide clients with timely insights and updates.
- Maintain the highest standards of compliance confidentiality and professional ethics.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial markets as a Broker with an existing and active client portfolio (ideally focused on ZAR products).
- Proven ability to generate and manage revenue across varying market conditions (track record required).
- Strong understanding of ZAR instruments and related market dynamics.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or another European language is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - dynamic ambitious and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with non-compete obligations and readiness to validate existing client relationships.
