Job Summary
A large inclusive 1118 school in Derbyshire is seeking an ambitious Early Career Teacher of English to join its vibrant English faculty from September 2026.

The Department
The English department is well-established collaborative and creative. It occupies a bright open suite of classrooms with access to a shared library and digital learning platforms. Lessons encourage interpretation empathy and confidence in both reading and writing.
Beyond the classroom the department runs debating clubs theatre trips and creative writing workshops giving ECTs the chance to get involved in wider school life from the outset.
