Collaborate on schemes of work resources and exam preparation including mock exams and revision workshops.

Essential
Degree in Business or a closely related field.
QTS/PGCE (or equivalent) with successful experience at KS4 and/or KS5.
Strong subject knowledge across marketing finance operations strategy and external influences.
Evidence of impactful teaching excellent communication and effective behaviour management.
Commitment to safeguarding inclusivity and pupil wellbeing.
Desirable
Experience with AQA or Edexcel at GCSE/A-Level.
Evidence of raising attainment in examination cohorts.
Experience leading enterprise or enrichment activities such as Young Enterprise or DECA-style competitions.
Willingness to support university and careers guidance for Business pathways.
(Optional) Ability to contribute to Economics teaching is an advantage but not essential.
