Fixed Income Broker High-Yield & Investment-Grade Securities

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Fixed Income Broker to join a high-performing desk based in Zürich. The successful candidate will manage and expand a portfolio of institutional clients while executing trades across high-yield and investment-grade corporate bonds credit derivatives and other fixed-income products.

This is a key front-office role within a collaborative international environment offering autonomy market visibility and excellent growth prospects for a professional currently active in the market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop institutional client relationships within the Fixed Income market.
  
• Facilitate daily order flow pricing and execution for high-yield and investment-grade products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive desk revenue and market share.
• Collaborate with colleagues across international offices to deliver best-in-class service.
• Provide market intelligence and product insights to institutional clients.
• Ensure all activity complies with relevant regulations and internal standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial markets as a Broker with a proven revenue track record and an established client base.
• Solid understanding of high-yield and investment-grade corporate bonds credit derivatives and the broader fixed income market structure.
• Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French German or another European language is an advantage.
• Dynamic motivated and eager to thrive in an international fast-paced environment.
