Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shifts Available:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Lancaster PA on a PRN (as-needed) basis. As an LPN you will provide high-quality patient care collaborate with the healthcare team and ensure a safe caring environment for our patients. We offer flexible shift options including day evening and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide basic nursing care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor patient health status including vital signs and overall condition.
Assist with patient hygiene mobility and daily living activities.
Record and maintain accurate patient charts and reports.
Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare providers.
Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.
Respond to emergencies and assist in medical interventions when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
