Shifts Available:
- 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a PRN basis at our facility in Rising Sun MD. As an LPN you will play a critical role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents or patients while working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with the plan of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and document patient conditions including vital signs and responses to treatments.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and feeding as needed.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with all facility policies and state/federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with residents families and healthcare team members.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
- Maintain a safe clean and supportive environment for residents.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Maryland.
- CPR/BLS certification (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
