Pay Rate: $30 - $34 per hour; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shifts Available:
- 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PRN shifts at our facility in Pikesville MD. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures while ensuring the comfort safety and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and document patient status and report any changes to the RN or physician.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan implement and evaluate patient care.
- Ensure all care is provided in compliance with facility standards and state/federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
- Respond promptly to residents needs and emergencies.
- Assist with admission transfer and discharge procedures.
- Promote a positive caring and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Maryland.
- CPR/BLS certification (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
