Home Health Registered Nurse

Location: Westchester IL 60154
Position type: Full-time Pay Per Visit

Estimated pay: $78000 per year

Our client is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the Westchester area. This position focuses on delivering personalized high-quality care that supports patient recovery and comfort in a home setting.

Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments developing and implementing care plans administering medications monitoring patient progress and educating patients and families on managing health conditions.

Required qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
Associate degree or higher in Nursing
At least one year of professional RN experience (Home Health experience preferred)
Current BLS and CPR certification
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance

Schedule: Monday to Friday day shift one weekend per month two to three on-call days per month and two holidays per year
