Location: Winnetka IL 60093
Position type: Full-time Pay Per Visit

Estimated pay: $78000 per year

Our client is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the Winnetka area. This role focuses on delivering high-quality compassionate care that promotes safety comfort and recovery in a home setting.

Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments creating and implementing care plans administering medications monitoring patient progress and educating patients and families on managing health conditions.

Required qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
Associate degree or higher in Nursing
Minimum of one year of professional RN experience (Home Health experience preferred)
Current BLS and CPR certification
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance

Schedule: Monday to Friday day shift one weekend per month two to three on-call days per month and two holidays per year
