Job Summary

Home Health Registered Nurse

Location: Zion IL 60099
Position type: Full-time Pay Per Visit
Openings: 1
Estimated pay: $78000 per year

Our client is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the Zion area. This position is focused on delivering personalized high-quality care that supports patient comfort and recovery in a home setting.

Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments developing and implementing individualized care plans administering medications monitoring patient conditions and educating patients and families on managing health needs.

Required qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
Associate degree or higher in Nursing
Minimum of one year of professional RN experience (Home Health experience preferred)
Current BLS and CPR certification
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance

Schedule: Monday to Friday day shift one weekend per month two to three on-call days per month and two holidays per year
