Job Summary

Role: Business Process Reengineering

Location: Lansing MI 48933 Hybrid

Duration: 1 year with possible extension

Local candidates are highly preferred

Prior state experience preferred

Must Have:

- Experience in a role as a Business Analyst Project Manager or Project Coordinator supporting a software development project in the past 5 years - 5 years

- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

- Experience working with grant management systems or government-funded programs is a plus

- Experience in gathering and documenting business feedback and incorporating changes into current processes - 5 years

- Experience working with multiple teams internal and external to support a project its business processes and training needs - 5 years

- Experience working as a liaison between the development team and project manager or business client in a software development project (strong understanding of SDLC) - 3 years

- Experience with Azure DevOps; including creating User Stories and queries - 1 years

Preferred:

Experience with Federal State or local grant management systems - 1 years
