Job Summary

Job Title : Java/JEE Solution Architect (Criminal Justice Systems WebSphere SOA)

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable multi-tier applications utilizing Object-Oriented (OOA/OOD) or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles incorporating data structures algorithms and JEE design patterns.
Skilled in developing and deploying enterprise applications on platforms such as IBM WebSphere Portal 6.1 WebSphere Application Server 6.0 or higher JBoss Application Server 7 or higher and Windows Server 2019 or later.
Experience architecting systems and designing technical solutions supporting criminal justice processing or related domains.
Proficient in creating technical designs for solutions implemented using Java Development Kit (JDK) 1.8 or 6.0 or higher Core 3.1 or higher.
Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and systems to achieve operational efficiencies through automation and system integration.
Experienced in authoring comprehensive technical documentation including architecture standards design documents UML/ER diagrams network diagrams test plans and knowledge base materials.
Knowledgeable in performance testing methodologies and performance tuning techniques for optimizing multi-tier application performance.
