Job Description:

Dupro Consultants is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the companys financial operations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles taxation and statutory compliance with strong expertise in Tally GST and TDS.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate maintenance of all financial records.

  • Prepare and finalize monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.

  • Handle GST filings TDS returns and other statutory compliances independently.

  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely reconciliations.

  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

  • Monitor cash flow budgeting and financial planning.

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

  • Prepare management reports and assist in financial decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and financial management.

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP GST and TDS processes is a must.

  • Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

  • Female candidates preferred.
