Job Description:
Requirement for a Release Train Engineer to support Meijer in Grand Rapids MI. This role will be hybrid (3 days onsite) and focuses on managing Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and ensuring alignment across teams in a scaled agile environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile Release Train events and processes.
- Assist teams in delivering value and maintaining alignment with program objectives.
- Support continuous improvement within ARTs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure effective program execution.
3-5 Must Haves (need to be highlighted in sizzle & present on resume)
- Proven RTE Experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps
- SAFe Experience
- Strong experience/ knowledge of Agile Software Development
- Experience working on MarTech projects is strongly preferred
